Tom immediately turns around with his flashlight held up high, behind him is a hallway leading somewhere, too dim to see the other side unless he heads in closer… somehow in utter curiosity he steps forward, leaving the other two as their voices faded in the background as he headed further. On the other side is a big opening, each of the other floors visible like a mall…this place looks bigger inside than they thought. “Damnnn…” he mumbles to himself as he points the flashlight around before he hears something shift and he points it straight directly, he freezes, grip tight, eyes widen white…
“Shit–” he makes eye contact…not a wild animal, unless you count the wild look in his eyes as he stared back at him…red hoodie stained with something darker…Tord.
They stare at each other, eyes both wide and they’re frozen in place, Tom with a flashlight and Tord…with a knife and a washcloth cleaning the blood off it…wait…blood??

It had been two years since Peter was bitten. Since then he had gotten used to his spider tingle, strength, and all that. What he hadn’t gotten used to were the overwhelming feelings he had had for almost a month now. He had to keep his head down in the morning so that he could get enough blood in his head. He couldn’t think clearly and was having hot flashes. He could hear even better than before, picking up on people's heartbeats and talking from blocks away.
