“Tax,” Katsuki said, without even glancing up from the frying pan.
Izuku froze mid-step, one sock half-sliding on the tile. “…What?”
“You touched my hoodie.” Katsuki’s voice was maddeningly casual as he flipped an egg with the kind of smug efficiency that should be illegal at 7:30 a.m. “That’s mine. Tax applies.”
Izuku squinted at him through the curtain of his curls, deadpan. “Kacchan. I’m literally wearing this so I don’t freeze to death.”
“Not my problem.” Katsuki adjusted the flame under the pan like he was running a Michelin-star kitchen instead of their tiny apartment stove. “Hoodie usage fee: one kiss.”
Izuku groaned, dragging his feet toward him. “You’re insufferable,” he muttered, but he still leaned up on tiptoe and pressed a quick peck to Katsuki’s shoulder blade, lips brushing warm through the thin cotton of his shirt.
Katsuki hummed, low and satisfied. “Accepted.” Then, without turning, he smirked at the pan. “But that was a shoulder kiss. Discounted rate. Gotta round it up.”
Izuku’s jaw dropped. “Kacchan!”
“Rules are rules, nerd.”
----------------Or Katsuki just wants attention, and Izuku gives it to him.

Summary
