Summary
Little over a year since Emperor Lelouch's assassination at the hands of Zero, the world — which has been working hard to settle down into a much quieter, more peaceful place — is turned on its head by mysterious videos that keep appearing, and what they might mean about who three of the most well-known (and controversial) figures of their time really are.
