it's been a long six months of yearning for atsumu, so when the opportunity to finally display his undying affection for kiyoomi presents itself, he can't exactly pass it up. even if he is being used as a makeshift heated blanket.

That was the worst thing about Atsumu Miya that Sakusa had logged to date. Even against his preexisting list of offending traits, nothing else even came close. There was no way it was normal for one person’s faults to occupy his mind so goddamn much, and for so goddamn long, too, but here he was, and he utterly loathed it.
Whatever the case, after much deliberation, Sakusa had landed on this.
Atsumu Miya was tragically, objectively, extremely attractive.

It’s fortunate that Miya Atsumu is such a good tattoo artist, because that appears to be his only redeeming quality. He’s too loud, too cocky, and so overtly flirtatious that Sakusa almost leaves the shop before he even steps inside. But he’s seen firsthand that Atsumu does good work, so he stays and suffers through it.
The longer he's there, the more he thinks maybe Atsumu isn't all bad.
When Atsumu asks for a tattoo from Sakusa’s shop in return, Sakusa knows he should turn Atsumu down. He doesn’t.
What should have been a routine business transaction turns into something more hands-on than either of them expected.

Summary
Atsumu sends over the sets that force Sakusa to play—dare Atsumu admit it—nastier than he's been at the camp so far.

They end up winning the game overall.
At the end of that training camp, Atsumu learns two devastating facts:

All fantasies that he may or may not have been having about Sakusa in those glasses screech to a squealing halt. Atsumu squints at Sakusa. “Wha’?”
Sakusa clears his throat. “No dirty clothes on the floor. No dishes left in the sink. No house guests without 24 hours advance notice. Complete assigned daily chores: hanging the laundry, wiping breakfast bar and dining table, clean the toilet bowl-”
Atsumu has been listening to him, aghast, but that is when he has to put his foot down. “Stop. No. Omi. I can’t agree to all that.”
Sakusa peers at him from over the top of his glasses. “But you ate my food,” he says, actually looking genuinely perplexed.
Atsumu splutters. “I didn’t know there were terms and conditions at the bottom of the fucking bowl.”

Stay on yer real difficult road, with yer fancy car and designer shirt, and don’t come anywhere near my stupid easy route. That clear?”
He raises an eyebrow and Sakusa nods after a beat, rosy lips parted.
