“You know so much about everything, Snufkin,” Moomin says, feeling a little awed. “It’s no wonder why you leave us every year. There are amazing things waiting for you out there.”
A pause. Snufkin hesitates, which is very unlike him-- he usually says exactly what he’s thinking. Slowly, carefully, he says, “There are amazing things waiting for me here, too. That’s why I always come back.”
Moomin lays there looking at him, and feels very warm. Like someone poured a cup of tea into his heart, on just the right side of burning. It’s absurdly comfortable, and Moomin is absurdly happy.
Snufkin looks back at him with serious eyes, reaching across the tiny space between them to touch Moomin's face with gentle fingers.
“I’ll always come back,” he says, like it’s a promise.

Summary
Snufkin wasn’t sure when exactly the feeling started. Perhaps it was this summer during one of their nights alone under the stars, or maybe the seed had been planted the first time he had promised to return with the spring. The when didn’t matter as much as the what.
Snufkin was in love with Moomin, and it terrified him.
To be in love was to be suffocated. It meant the loss of freedom. To be in love was to be rooted to one person; grown to them like moss to a log. Love meant the loss of the freedom that lit Snufkin’s soul aflame. Being in love with another was not something Snufkin wanted to experience, nor did he ever think he would.

Summary
After the events of Spider-Verse, Peter is back in his own dimension but his mind is anywhere but; thinking about how Miles is doing (like the unofficial dad he is) Wade Wilson is an idiot that needs a healthy relationship, Miles misses his spider mentor, everyone else is face palming in the background.
Basically Spider-Dad tries to get back to Miles's dimension while Deadpool annoys him the whole way through.
