they needed a mother, a doctor, and someone to use the Yokai/human legal system to their advantage. So I gave them one because the Hidden City holds so many opportunities that weren't explored. Plus the cloaking broaches??Gotta use those. Also, flashbacks that differ in every chapter! A peek at what their life is like with a mother.I can safely say, there is more planned for this fic than slice of life.

Summary
After the Kraang attack, Leo is stuck bedridden in order to focus on healing. Going crazy with boredom, he one day stumbles upon a new Disney movie entitled Encanto. Intrigued by the familiar concept of a hidden home and family with magic powers, Leo eagerly begins to watch.
What he didn't expect was having to face his own family's issues through the screen, and rather than sharing the film with his brothers and working through their issues together, Leo decides to take up the burden of healing his family on his own.
As expected, this does not go well.

“Technically, it’s Mikey’s fault,” Leo conceded, with half a smile. “But you’re welcome to pin it on me, your least favorite brother.”
CRASH.
Leo jumped a foot in the air, as Donnie’s toolbox hit the floor, halfway retracted into his shell and just barely caught himself from wiping out entirely. That should have been hilarious, except Donnie couldn’t think straight. He marched forward, heedless of the very rare and expensive tools being trampled underfoot, and met Leo’s wide blue eyes with his own glare. “What did you just say?” he demanded.

Leo, in all his self deprecating glory, thinks he’s Donnie’s least favorite brother.
Donnie, personally, will not let that slide.
