One night off. That was all she wanted.
A calm date night with her girlfriend, that was to be the only excitement to be had. Just them, the stars and a selection of food, maybe even a movie if they were feeling adventurous.
But alas, no good plan goes unpunished. Given Gwen's role of protecting this city and its staggering ability to land itself in trouble, a full night with no incidents was being very optimistic in hindsight.
A thundering explosion kicks the hornets nest of trouble and quickly spirals downhill from there.
A long night looms over the Ghost-Spider tonight, fortunately for her, though. Felicia is there to lend a hand and tag along for the ride.
A blessing in disguise that she might end up relying on more than she thought she'd have too.

Putting Raccoon City behind them, Claire, Leon and Sherry traverse a barran road back to some sort of town or settlement where the undead don't walk.
They have a lot to sort out between the two of them.
After getting a lift back to a town with a B&B Claire and Leon help each other as they've been doing these past few days.
But after that's all said and done now the two of them are starting to have to deal with a new problem.
The feelings they've started developing for each other.
I think if you asked them, they'd both agree that the zombies scared them less trying to deal with their own feelings.

Being Captain of the Vanguard is a tough job, brute strength is Erends strong suit, not council meetings and politics. So when meetings start getting too much Aloy manages to convince the Sun-king Meridian won't fall apart without its Vanguard Captain and drags him away for a trip, a vacation if you would.
Too bad it doesn't exactly go according to plan...
(Haven't posted anything on here in a hot minute, finally got inspiration and this is the result. Keep in mind this was done quickly, it's not been proofread, I simply wrote it and then posted it so don't be surprised if it's shit. I have some stuff I'm working on I might post more often but don't take my word for it I have a habit of not doing what I said I'll do)
