Summary
Sama Seung despised Cheongmyeong with every beat of his heart, even more than the Demonic Sect whose conquest still stains the land.
When he searched the depths of those in the dark arts, he was met with gleaming eyes, and a man with a cursed blade claiming himself a disciple of the Heavenly Demon, able to help such murderous intent.
The Zhongnan elder purchased the blade, forcing it upon a second grade disciple to use during his spar against the cursed Divine Dragon of Mount Hua. Not once did the disciple notice the other’s ire for him and think of the reasons, so he had no reason to refuse.
Whether or not he came to regret it, it was because of Sama Seung that Cheongmyeong and Lee Songbaek walked up the steps of the stage to meet each other, two demons in the crowd.

Summary
In the past, Mount Hua was relatively quiet even with far more people. Alcohol was well hidden, and qi pills abundant as the stars. Peace was rarely given even with the sect a safe haven from wars outside.
Often, Cheongmyeong found himself in various cities to drink, but the memories became hazy, with entire years wholly forgotten. But he remembered knowing it all before, knowing why, in one battle, he was screaming with enough ferocity to tear the world in two.
Perhaps it didn’t even matter what once was. Mount Hua had changed yet failed to lose its name, nearly opposite to all in the past but the same deadly petals and spirit.
He couldn’t figure out the thing he felt was missing the most from the description.
