Summary
Once upon a time, when she'd been but a young girl, a skinny beanpole of a thing with arms and legs too long for the rest of her, she'd made the mistake of wandering into a fairy ring. Too young to know better and too curious to care, she'd gone into the woods for a bit of fun.
When she'd skipped out of the forest three days later, her hair – four shades darker than the strawberry blonde she'd had going in – plaited with all manner of vines and bright blossoms, they had been horrified. She couldn't understand why; the flowers were more beautiful than anything she'd ever seen growing in the woods.

Summary
“We- we just…made love,” Miranda said, her voice quiet for once. She turned her head and was momentarily stunned by the sight of Dionyza’s bare body in the little sliver of moonlight coming through the fluttering curtains.
“We did,” Dionyza agreed. She rolled onto her back and flung her right arm over her head, giving Miranda an unobstructed view of her small breasts and dark pointed nipples.
“I committed adultery on my husband,” Miranda continued contemplatively. “With his own daughter, no less.”
“Yes, we did,” Dionyza said. “Probably damning us to all sorts of fiery hells in the process.”
“Oh, most decidedly,” Miranda said, in a tone entirely inappropriate for such an agreement. “Care to do it again sometime?”
“Oh, god, yes,” Dionyza said, breathing out a sigh of relief.

Summary
Desk?” Radha scoffed. Clearly this woman’s lawyer had not properly informed her of what her community service would entail. Which meant the task fell to Radha, who decided this would either be a tedious chore or a satisfying amusement. Perhaps even both. “You didn’t read the fine print, did you? Well, darling, I’d get yourself a new lawyer if I were you because you’re not going to be doing several hundred hours of paperwork or we’d be here for the rest of both our lives. This is an animal shelter, Miss. Coco Chanel, which means you’re going to be taking care of the animals. That means feeding them, and playing with them, and yes, cleaning up after them. So, if I might make a suggestion, this outfit ain’t exactly doing you any favors.”

Summary
Evelyn Chambers, CEO of RedStone Web, hated the holiday season. Which was why she'd elected to spend her Christmas Eve alone in her office. And if she'd put on a pretty dress and took extra care with her makeup, well that was no one's business but hers. Still, she could have done without the humiliation of her employee, Clara Masterson, walking in on her crying over her wine glass. Then again, maybe it wasn't such a terrible thing after all.

Summary
She had no name beyond her title. No characteristics beyond her dedication for scrupulous and devoted work. Nothing remarkable about her at all. No, the woman was simply known as “the Maid” and that was exactly how she liked it. Her employers were all disgustingly wealthy women from across the globe. Once a year the six women met in one of their many homes. What transpired was a week of their deepest, most depraved, most lustful fantasies and desires acted out under the safe and nonjudgmental affection they’d gleaned over the years. Under false names that decidedly did not reflect the nature of their sexual encounters, the six women came together uninhibited and utterly raw. No fear of scorn. No terror of being publicly humiliated. Just sweet reckless abandon.

Summary
This is a story about a woman who goes to a conversion therapy camp to write a story, and I did actual research into camps like this and it was horrifying. I'd strongly recommend skipping this one if you're even a little bit sensitive to these things. All "methods" depicted are/were used in real life, and let me tell you, the movies really gloss over the true horrors of these places. And yes, this story does have a small romantic subplot, but the characters are in no fit mental state to embark on anything so there's none of that.

Summary
Sutton swore her new friend Melora was out to try and steal her boyfriend. Why else would she be constantly hanging around them? Clearly the flowers and books Melora kept giving her were just diversions. And obviously the insults Melora kept giving Todd were just her way of flirting. And so what if kissing Todd hadn't been nearly as nice as that one kiss with Melora? It didn't mean anything.

Summary
Dorothy Leighton occupied a rather tenacious role in the Woman’s Suffrage Movement. An immigrant from the Orient, she’d had her name changed to something far more American by the border officials back when she was barely old enough to talk, let alone understand.
When the National American Woman’s Suffrage Association began gaining traction in New York, she marched right down to Carrie Chapman Catt’s headquarters to offer her expertise.
And when Alice Paul forcibly stormed away from NASAW to create the National Women’s Party, Dorothy hastened after her.Series
