Summary
A scant few days after Alan Richards' failed coup at Grancel - amongst many other things, bodies of those formerly associated with the Intelligence Division have been found, disassembled and torn apart, without much indicator of a culprit. Alongside reports of members of a feared gang from the remains of Eastern Zemuria being spotted throughout Liberl, concerning eyewitness accounts of strange creatures native to said region, and a whole host of other strange phenomena, the Liberl Kingdom faces a whole host of strange mysteries following the reveal that Ouroboros is beginning to make their move in the country.
With most of the country left reeling after the coup, its finest Bracers either focusing completely on going after remnants of the Intelligence Division, or off preparing for the imminent Ouroboros threat in Le Locle, it falls upon a lower-ranked Bracer from Bose to piece things together before they get out of hand.
(Takes place directly after Estelle leaves for Le Locle at the very beginning of Sky SC)

On the cusp of a breakthrough as she gathers data involving the sudden arrival of many Pokémon species never before seen in Unova, a professor's assistant awaits an important package at the Castelia City docks, her mind too occupied with work as multiple questions run through her mind.
As the two meet, they find themselves in the middle of a very interesting conundrum.
Are some questions best left unanswered? Or is there more to an answer than what's written on the surface?
