He felt so absolutely nauseated at even the mere thought of any more food, that he distantly wondered if he actually had a stomach bug or something, and not just a crippling eating disorder. Maybe. That would rationalize his stomach cramps, but he always got those after breaking a fast that lasted a bit longer than intended. It was normal. It was fine. He was fine.
