Tommy didn't realize his code was being locked by a demented Dream until he ventured into MCC, his team the Pink Parrots, which consisted of three avians with unique powers.
With the Admin's of the MCC server hellbent on punishing Dream for locking Tommy's Moobloom code it's up to Grian, Xisuma, and Mumbo to keep the kid protected during the championship.
There's one problem, Dream is hellbent on killing the thorn in his side, his motives sparked by pure blind insanity.
Well, the other Admins can't have that, and neither can the Watchers.

There’s a distinct kind of horror in watching your pride and joy slowly decay right before your eyes. It’s the kind of thing you don’t notice at first, and once you do it’s too late. Dazai stood before the bathroom mirror, lips pressed into a thin line. His fingers trembled slightly as he unwrapped the gauze from his tail, revealing the damage beneath: thin, patchy fur, fraying into brittle strands. Bald spots marred the once-glossy black surface, raw pink skin peeking through like a wound that refused to heal. Even his ears, once sleek and perky, drooped under the weight of exhaustion and neglect, the soft hairs at their edges turning coarse and bristled like a broom. It was all falling apart now.
Aka Dazai's poor selfcare leads to him balding, luckily he's got two people who want to take very good care of him (｡•̀ᴗ-)✧

Who would've thought meeting a yokai would finally bring life to the world he once thought of as cold and miserable?

Her beak is broad and keen, a hunting prick that pecks between the layers of jumpy meat. When she’s not dining, she’s sending a message. Familiarity sparks distantly in her eyes, and she drops the thin scroll in her mouth onto his calloused palm.
“Trouble in paradise, eh Fervor?” he asks while prying the thing open. Fervor, who never visits you when things are fine and good, nods her plumy head. The peaceful silence of the outskirts isn’t a promise; danger’s either rearing itself here, or behind your back.
Not one soul in the Big Orange has time for words. The paper squeezes to one end: grip marks. Neat print, but it’s been written in a hurry.
Earl’s in trouble. Delicate situation.
Casino brat’s at it again. Hurry.

Summary
The summer solstice is an important day to the worshippers of the sun god: Lord Dream. The preparations must be perfect or else their quaint village will suffer under his wrath. The already strenuous preparations are made even more stressful when the demon, god of the moon, Nightmare, sends his wraiths to the village, destroying and wrecking havoc within. The inhabitants are at a loss of what to do, but they simply keep going, as it's Lord Dream's will.
One man won't take it, though.
Blue.
While he isn't blessed by Lord Dream (something he wants but will never admit), his loyalty is to the village and his friends, and he'll do anything to help keep it safe. With the solstice drawing near, he makes one desperate decision: to bargain with the King of Night.
Will it be enough? Will he get Dream's blessing? Will he die in the attempt?
Or will he discover something that he wasn't meant to know?
