Nines has lived for centuries and he longed for someone to share his life with. Every dragon has his mate and yet, he still hasn't met his. Until one fateful day, he felt the pull of the thread that leads him to his destined mate. Excited and elated his instincts took over, which led him to commit an unforgivable sin against the one he most wanted to meet.
Gavin Reed swore to avenge his family, even if its the last thing he will ever do. He strived to become a knight, to become a Dragon Hunter. After years of sacrifice and never-ending sorrow. He's finally ready, equipped with skills and information. He set off on a journey to find that dragon and end him.
