While Shin Hati had become the proud apprentice of a famous and renowned blacksmith affectionately nicknamed 'The Armorer', she hadn't exactly expected to be occasionally helping out with the shop run by her Master's wife, Bo-Katan Kryze. She didn't mind it, of course, although when she'd been asked to make a delivery that happened to already be late, she meets a fiery young woman that works at the pottery shop and studio down the way.
Or, Shin's a blacksmith, Sabine's a potter, and there's not much else to do in a small town for shop owners whose adoptive children can't flirt to save their lives.

"Laudna, we talked about putting the cups down so they don't collect dust!" Imogen shouted from the kitchen and soon Laudna appeared, looking like a kid with her hand on the cookie jar.
"Yes, darling, but then the rims will touch the shelves and that's gross." She crossed her arms, analyzing how Imogen was taking each cup, cleaning their insides with a towel and setting them upside down.
"Laudna! I cleaned the shelves yesterday!" She whined and her roommate stepped closer, taking the cup from her hands.
"Alright, alright... I'm sorry, I'll take care of it, okay?" She smiled gently and relished in the way Imogen's deep frown gave way for a soft smile as she kissed her cheek before going back to her books.
Laudna waited until Imogen was out of the kitchen before flipping the cups again. She loved that woman to death, but she wasn't about to let her darn cups touch the shelves! At least, not for another day.
