Summary
Born in the evening of change in the Wizarding World, Harry Potter will find that his fate is not what it was meant to be. Lord Voldemort seeks to protect he who would become his equal, and most of all: drag him out of Dumbledore's sticky fingers. Thwarting the old man's plans on making Harry into a soldier of the Light, Voldemort instead weaves an intricate web of support for the young Potter, all the while attempting to bring balance back into the world. For Light cannot exist without Dark, and soon their world will be swallowed whole by a single man's greed and ambitions for the Greater Good.
(In which James and Lily live, Peter is a Good Friend, Sirius and Remus hide together, the Malfoys are Good, and Voldemort does his best so that Harry doesn't go through the same hardships he did as an orphan.)

Summary
Now that Harry Potter's been sorted into both Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff, he's ready to start First Year, with his god-brother and best friend, Hufflepuff Neville Longbottom at his side.
Meanwhile Filius Flitwick and Pomona Sprout are secretly married (with a shared name of Flout) and successfully hiding this from Albus Dumbledore with the assistance of Hogwarts Castle and some very independent thinking House-elves.
The Flouts take Harry (and Neville) under their wings, and show the orphaned boy what its like to have a family who will care for and protect you. Needless to say, first year isn't canon compliant, when you have a family at your back.
And Harry has developed a unique skill, but you'll have to read to find out what it is.

Summary
What most people don't know is that putting a piece of one's soul in a human baby changes them... it's more powerful and binding than Blood Adoption.
So, Harry Potter becomes Tom Riddle's son... of sorts.
Albus stares in horror when he sees Tom Riddle smiling charmingly among the first years.Series

Tom Learns What It's Like to Have Friends by HPfanatic12
Fandom Harry Potter - J. K. Rowling

Summary
Tom Riddle is an orphan. He has no friends. The other kids at the orphanage are scared of him, they think he's a freak. Even at Hogwarts, being surrounded by fellow wizards and witches doesn't help. The Slytherins don't want to associate with somebody that has dirty blood
Harry Potter is also an orphan. He lives with his relatives and has no friends until he meets Ron and Hermione. He also meets Tom on the train and is instantly intrigued. He's determined to be Tom's friend and show him love isn't a weakness.
A series of one shots. Most of the canon info is the same except obviously Tom isn't Voldemort. There will be some similar things I'll keep like Harry being on the quidditch team but many things will be different. Especially 4th year
No slash. Just friendship
