Summary
Shane Hollander is in a complicated something with his rival, Ilya Rozanov. Shane has a lot of systems and rules he’s put into place to keep the whole ~thing~ going. He wishes he could talk to Rozanov more, but that isn’t how this ~thing~ worked. But now he’s got a new idea. And it will only take a little bit of trickery.
Or, Shane pretends to drunk text Ilya in their situationship era, desperate for an excuse to reach out without having to admit he’s caught feelings.

Shane Hollander was the navy’s strongest navigator, on the fast track to a career of accolades and promotions. That’s all over now, as he hides away at his parents’ estate following his shameful expulsion. He ventures back to the sea at the bidding of his childhood friend, Rose, who offers him a path to redemption and the promise of great fortune: a map to the Fountain of Youth.
Shane will face many dangers, both human and otherwise, as he sails towards his destination. None more infuriating, and intriguing, than the ship’s captain, lifelong pirate, Ilya Rozanov.
