Luffy was being ridiculous, and she was ridiculous to indulge him. He just took it as a personal challenge that she said something was impossible.
“Is it something you want? Screaming baby takes priority over everything. Sleeping, fighting, eating. And it’s not just for a couple of months it’s for life.” She expected that to stop him in his tracks. Whatever silly challenge he had formed her words into would disappear when he realized it imposed on his freedom.
He shrugged. “Never really thought about it. I mean, anything worth doing is hard, isn’t it?”Series

Luffy only wants adventure and to chase his dreams, but for some reason, Luffy cannot seem to get Hancock out of his mind, no matter what he does. It only seems to get worse the more his friends and alcohol get involved.
Or the one where Luffy discovers that he isn't immune to Hancock and Hancock discovers she's been a little delusional.
