Tommy smiled often, laughed loudly, and didn’t have a care in the world. Tommy didn’t have a family, and found a job at a gym. Tommy never cried at night, never muffled screams with his pillow. Tommy was fine. But Tommy and Thomas were two sides of the same shattered coin, and one did not exist without the other.

This story starts with a crumpled page, thrown away, that had slipped under a bed and lay forgotten. Reader, maybe if you had any sense of curiosity, you would uncrumple it. Maybe it would be smoothed out onto a table, devoured with eyes that didn’t judge, no, but simply saw. But you are not curious enough, reader. You will not simply see, and not judge, not tear it apart. Reader, some things do not need meaning. Some things just are and that is beautiful. So, reader, I will do it instead. Summary
Tommy is sleeping when the door opens, but he’s a light sleeper. He’s awake before it closes, but feigns sleep. His body is relaxed and his eyes are closed and his breathing is steady.
A hand softly brushes his shoulder and he twitches just the slightest bit. A light laugh warms the air.
“I know you’re awake, little hero.” Tommy flinches, but sits up and looks at the villain across from him. There’s something about Ghost’s eyes that make Tommy want to look closer.
“Tommy,” Tommy freezes. He never told them his name. Even his file just says Theseus. “Tommy, am I the villain in this story?”

“Casino De Quack shall not go down without a fight!” The teen declares, face stretching in a massive smile. Karl rolls his eyes and scoffs.
“Yeah ok, duck boy.” He pokes, laughing when sheer rage fills the aforementioned boy’s eyes. Sapnap wisely decides to step in, sitting between them. Drista whispers mischievously to Dream, and both of them decide to belittle their brother and friends.
“They’re couple fighting.” Drista stage whispers to her brother, who nods sagely.
“Do we need to get Aunt Puffy to do couples therapy for them?” Dream asks, and Tommy muffles a snicker, whereas Tubbo just starts laughing.
“I thought you and George were already getting that?” Sapnap cuts in, and Dream’s face goes dead red under his freckles. George starts protesting adamantly, while Dream goes for the timeless, classic response.
“FUCK YOU!”
