His eyes widen comically, then when he finds what he’s looking for, he visibly relaxes, lips smoothing out from the pinched shape. He pulls out three copies of a presentation and reaches over to slide one across the table to Pedri. Out of the corner of his eye, Pedri sees a sliver of skin as the seam of Gavi’s pale blue shirt comes untucked under his suit jacket.”
Pedri has built his startup from scratch into an eight-figure enterprise. Now, the young hotshot CEO is suddenly confronted with an existential threat: a takeover offer from a private equity fund led by Jude Bellingham.
