Summary
Following a crippling injury, Sir Jack of Samwell has been dismissed from the Knights of the High Court. Six months later, he learns of a position within Bittle Castle: King Eric, despite his recent wedding to Princess Larissa of Boston, wishes to hire a concubine to his court. Jack, unable to find employment due to his injury, decides to apply for the position. He uncovers more than he expected upon meeting the king, and begins a new life seeking to please his liege in any way possible.
