Charlie had no business being this curious about Alastor. He was guarded, dangerous, infuriatingly unreadable. She knew better than to push.
But something about the way he held himself, the way his crimson eyes flickered when he thought no one was watching, kept pulling her in. She wasn’t sure what she was looking for - or why she couldn’t stop herself from chasing it.

What if one of those times Charlie denies the allegations just a tad too hard for Alastor's pride?
“Nononono, absolutely not.” His attention laser focuses on Charlie as she laughs, shyly tucking her hair behind her ear, “Alastor and I? Dating? That’s crazy! Ummm, I mean, we’re just business partners and like you said, he’s the Radio Demon, it would never work between us. He doesn't feel that way about anyone, let alone me.”
