Years of planet-wide peace under the Mars Company had been disrupted after the depletion of the valuable 'La Peace' ore, which kept the company stable and its people free from conflict. Without La Peace, Mars had fallen, and war reigned supreme for over a century. Reports of one final, extremely potent sample of La Peace existing somewhere on the planet have been verified; If one faction wishes to not be subjugated by another, they must control La Peace.
