His young love and former best friend, December Holiday had always been a big fan of space, and had radical aspirations to be apart of NASA, and eventually become one of the first people to step foot on Mars, to the point where she had put genuine effort into her grades so that she could get into a good College, and hopefully become an Astronaut.
But 18 Years before her golden boy had become one of the first people, and the First Monster to set foot on the Red Planet, a tragic drunk driving accident had claimed her life, and Asriel had strove to step foot on the Red Planet, to honour her, and he swore on her grave that he'd make it there, and he has no intent to not make good on his promise to her...
