Summary
Four months after the Red Ring’s downfall, the Z-Team continues to face everything from the mundane to the downright surreal under Robert’s leadership. All the while, a new danger quietly rises in the shadows.
But Courtney is dying, and the only way to save her also holds the secret of returning Mandy’s lost powers. Drawn together by necessity, the heroes find their bonds tested in ways none of them expected. As danger closes in, unresolved feelings simmer beneath the surface, but what choices will they make, and are they bound by more than fate alone?
This is a long slow story with several moving parts. The start is playful, but expect heavy character development.
