    my take on Suki and Eve's first time -- steamy and gentle and loving. it is literally just smut, but it's also about what sex means to Suki and what it feels like to get a moment of freedom to really understand herself in that way.

    i know i'm posting this during episodes where suki is literally going through the absolute worst of her marriage to nish, and it brought me a little comfort to be reading and editing this remembering that she has felt love and safety with someone. but still, i want to recognize that suki on the show is in serious mortal danger, and her love for eve is not going to undo all of that.
