Spoiler Warning: This oneshot takes place after the canon final episode of the anime. It does contain spoilers.
Izuku hadn’t spoken to Kacchan in almost two months. It really wasn’t that long considering both of their schedules. Granted, any time away from the explosive hero left a dull ache thumping in his chest. Yet, each time he tried to reconnect, a wave of nervousness flooded his senses. Simply imagining the deep, graveled tones in the young teacher’s ear sent flutters through his stomach. His palms began to sweat and his heartbeat came a little faster. He could do this. He needed to do this. Gulping down the last of his nerves, Izuku tapped the button. With a slight tremor, he brought it to his ear as it began to ring.
“Hey, Teach,” Kacchan’s voice rumbled in his ear...
Or: Teacher Deku wants to personally recommend a student for an internship at Bakugou's hero agency. But Bakugou doesn't take on first year students and Midoriya still gets very flustered when the explosion hero is anywhere near him, together making for one highly charged encounter.

Summary
Spoiler Warning: This oneshot takes place after the canon final episode of the anime.
A satisfied smile grew on Izuku's face as he strolled down the U.A. hall on Friday morning. Eraserhead shuffled toward him from the opposite direction, dragging his familiar yellow sleeping bag.“Mr. Aizawa! Good morning!”
“Get to class,” Eraserhead growled, the older man's tone all too familiar. “Your students are making a racket in there.” Izuku's eyes widened.
“Yes, sir!” The young teacher broke into a jog. He reached the closed door mere seconds later and slammed it open. In the room, all inhabitants froze in place. As he stepped slowly into the class, the students parted, creating a path directly to an occupied desk at the front of the room.
“Morning, Teach,” Kacchan grinned. There the explosion hero sat, in his old high school assigned seat. One of his booted feet was flung up on the top of the desk, his hands shoved deep in the black pants pockets of his hero costume. “Nice of you to finally join us.”
Or: Pro hero Dynamight shows up to Deku's class too early for his hero training demo. After class, Izuku offers the hero half his lunch and Bakugou sweeps them off to a secret spot.

Keith and Shiro have a little crush. Something they’d never considered as a couple before... until a new coffee shop opened just around the corner and a certain tall, caramel-skinned man became the main barista. A late-night study session at said coffee shop turns into the couple getting a little hot and heavy in the corner booth and flirting just a little bit more with Lance than they ever had before.
This is a Shklance one shot that I absolutely love and enjoyed writing. If folks seem to like it enough, I’ll work on getting a part two up. Enjoy!

Kirishima Eijirou never went to UA, but he's pretty happy with his life as an insurance broker for Yokohama Hero Insurance. At least, he's happy right up until he's assigned to a hero so destructive that he's given his own personal agent. Now his life involves a lot of yelling at his client who yells right back, and then trying to ignore how hot he is when doing said yelling.
Great Explosion Murder God Dynamight, aka Bakugou Katsuki, has a pretty fucking awesome life as a hero. At least, it's awesome until he's given his own personal pain in the ass who keeps saying things like 'liability' and 'compensation' and 'unmanly' and does it with ridiculous hair and an even more ridiculous body that doesn't belong in a business suit.
Rock, meet hard place.
