After the events of Amphoreus, Stelle and March 7th decide to host a get-together gift exchange between all of the friends they've made along the way.
A hot tip they receive suggests pairing up Sunday and Aventurine together. Against their better judgement, they do just that. During the event, Sunday struggles to appear face-to-face to him, all while Aventurine just wants to casually talk to him. Push comes to shove and they finally get to exchange a bit more than their gifts to each other.

He thinks Sunday smells like mint; bright pop of something fresh and cool with an undercurrent of something sweet and rich. That… it feels right, and it is hilariously fitting. A smell so fresh and clean and pleasant. Like the security of a refuge. Like Sunday.
Or: Sunday is hit with his first heat, long overdue as it is. Aventurine is neither an alpha nor an omega, but he still helps him through it.
