Summary
Richie Tozier is going to spend a summer with his Aunt Karen because his mom told him it'd be nice to spend a summer away from Derry, meet some old friends, spend time with his cousin. Maybe have fun not torturing the same people. And when he arrives in Hawkins, Indiana, he does find new people to torment, his cousin Mike Wheeler especially. But then he sees a boy he hasn't seen in about four years... Will Byers, and God, does it make Richie realize he'll like this summer more than he thought.
AU where Pennywise doesn't exist, but the Upside Down does. The divergence is that the events of Starcourt Mall do not happen this summer! So expect a lot more fluff than angst in the beginning, but there will still be LOTS of angst eventually.
Ryers is endgame! Byler will be used as a plot point. Sorry my fellow Bylerlings...

Summary
After defeating Pennywise the Clown, Richie Tozier's parents decide to send him to stay with his cousins for the summer due to all the mysterious disappearances happening in Derry. Ignoring every single one of his protests, Richie is sent to Hawkins, Indiana, to spend the entire summer with his boring cousin, Mike. He prepares himself to have the worst summer ever.
That is, until he meets Will: The boy with the horrible bowl-cut and laugh that makes Richie never want to stop telling jokes.
Maybe this summer won't be so horrible after all.

Summary
Tired of the cruelty and unfairness of the world, Captain Richie Tozier's quest to change the world starts with attacking slaver ships on their way to his home country. The pirate captain manages to rescue three slaves set for trade in Valora Kingdom. Among the three slaves, Richie finds one in particular named Will Byers who seems to cling to slavery despite the fact Richie has freed him. Can Richie show Will the way life should be and get him to join in on his mission to change the world? Or is Will forever going to live in the mindset of a slave?
This is a Stranger Things & It crossover fic, but most of all it is a Ryers fic for those who don't know!
