Summary
Makoto dies in Ei's arms. Ei does not take this very well. After all grief is inherient to Eterinity.
Something inside Ei’s chest feels hollowed out. As though a blade has carved away part of her being leaving only splintered edges behind. Scathing with every breath and moment. Ei can’t help but breathe more deeply, cutting more sharply against them.
Perhaps the pain will draw her from her grief.
It does not, it only serves to deepen the hurt. Serves as a tool for Ei to more deeply wound herself.
Letting violet blood bleed into her chest cavity. That one day it will fill up and she will drown as it escapes from her being, strangling her throat as it crawls up and blinding her as it rips through her eyes.
This pain will follow her no matter where Ei goes or how she tries to lose it. Pain that comes from memories Ei can not erase and love she can not unfeel. This loss is never ending

Summary
Jahoda ended up hearing something she was not supposed to know.
She was just heading to the Flagship to treat herself to a drink, as well as to learn more information from the hundreds of Ratniki sitting at the bar. After she sits down next to the captain of Nightmare Orioles, she quickly realizes just how much of a lightweight he is. The Piramida Nightingale isn’t a particularly strong drink, so she wonders how drunk he is exactly.
It turns out that there is no alcohol in the Piramida Nightingale, so how did he get drunk? She listens to Illuga more on the terrible musings, slurred words and complaints he had to say. Unfortunately, he goes a little too hard on the tangent. One in which she can’t take back.
“Will Mr. Flins ever come to like me..?”
TLDR; The unfortunate victim, Jahoda, hears Illuga confess his love for a certain co-worker. And she relentlessly struggles to keep his secret as a troublesome mission holds her captive.
