Summary
Special Agent Jason Todd has been getting flak for being too trigger happy while investigating his cases. Combined with the fact that he’s been pouring through the X-Files, a storage room full of unsolved, unexplainable cases, he is currently under intense scrutiny by the head of the Bureau. So the higher-ups decide to partner him with new Agent Tim Drake who is under orders to report on Todd’s investigative measures and to evaluate his sanity.
This is a combination of the X-Files world and the world of Supernatural with tons of DC (Batman) characters thrown in.

“I was confused about it at first too,” Kirishima admits. He sits up a little straighter. “I mean, you guys fucking hated each other for the longest time. You couldn’t even be in the same room together without getting into an argument or breaking a table.” He laughs a little. Katsuki doesn’t understand how any of this is funny. “Then one day, you guys came into work and… you smelled like him. Everything calmed down after that. It was like all of that hatred and tension was just your way of trying to process your feelings for one another. Once you guys finally, uh, talked it out, things got better.”
(In which Katsuki Bakugou is attacked and loses all recollection of his relationship with Izuku and has to learn to fall in love with him all over again. Faced with a hero case involving a serial killer and missing omegas, Katsuki needs to learn to put aside his own prejudice and open himself up to truth.)

Summary
Midoriya Izuku is medically quirkless, not technically homeless, perpetually exhausted and doing his damned best despite it all. He also sees spirits, which might be cool if not for the fact that a) no one else does, b) they really don't like him very much, and c) he's pretty sure the heroes now think he's a villain working for the League.
Aizawa Shota just wants to take down Overhaul, rescue Eri, keep his students alive, get some rest, and find out how this Deku kid knows things he absolutely should not know about his personal life and the Shie Hassaikai case.
Unless Nighteye's right, and the kid really is a villain.
