Summary
After 500 years, Zhongli and Venti finally reunite, but not in the way either of them had ever expected. Well, at least one of them probably wasn’t expecting it. Zhongli knew that his old friend would find himself in some kind of trouble the moment he woke up, so when Signora kicked Venti’s ass and ripped out his gnosis, Zhongli was more than ready to come to Venti’s rescue and take him home. Now that Venti is in a more vulnerable state than ever, Zhongli is determined to keep the god of freedom protected under lock and key, possibly for eternity.

Summary
Yanfei has never believed in soul mates.

That’s why when Zhongli, someone who definitely isn’t her soulmate, asks her out on a date, she decides to accept. It becomes obvious that it’s a lie the first time Venti comes back to the apartment covered in blood.
AU: In which Zhongli is a century-old ghost living out a life of half-existence, forced to haunt the tiny apartment in which he died, unable to interact with anything or anyone in the living world. Until one day, in moves a loud-mouthed internationally wanted criminal with a flippant attitude towards death, who just so happens to have the unique ability to see and speak to ghosts.
