Summary
Peter hates his job, sometimes. Okay, well typically it doesn’t include kidnapping children, and this is definitely the worst one he’s been on, but still. If you ask Peter—which no one ever does—they should really just stick to the good jobs, a good old theft where no one gets hurt (except maybe the rich guys/corporations they steal from, but it’s not like they can’t recover)! Peter thought ransoming kids back to rich parents is cruel to the poor scared kids who have to go through the experience, but again, no one ever listens to Peter, certainly not Toomes and Beck.

Summary
Tony Stark does not care about people.
This is an established fact.
Then Peter Parker becomes his intern.
Tony tells himself he's simply being a responsible employer.
OR
Peter Parker is very good at pretending.
Tony Stark is unfortunately very good at noticing.
Neither of them is particularly good at telling the truth..especially Peter, who is hiding more than Tony ever realizes.

Summary
The most common instances of forbidden magic were always because of illness or injury, always to save a loved one. The cruelty of death was always far sharper than the threat of the Knights Moralis.
It was why medicine was treated almost the same as forbidden magic, why illness was such a delicate subject among witches. Because they were defenseless against it, and mortality is frightening to those with power at their fingertips.
Agott's existence, for this reason, was unsuitable for the circumstances.
Happy Birthday Agott and Happy Disability Pride Month!

"Fucking leave, mackerel..." His voice was weak and tears brimmed his eyes.
"I'm not going anywhere, Chuuya." Dazai's tone was firm but gentle, full of understanding and something else that the redhead was trying to ignore. Dazai tightened his hold around the smaller man.
"I've got you, Chuu,"
-Chuuya gets badly injured on a mission and ends up in the hospital. Dazai knows theres more to it than that and comes to take care of the redhead, despite Chuuya's protests. Maybe Chuuya will actually end up opening up to someone about the dark feelings that have been bothering him these past few weeks. And, just maybe, he won't have to deal with them alone anymore.
