Summary
Abby has always been the friend who watched everyone else get into romantic relationships while she remained single. Marked by several rejections from past crushes, she has become closed in on herself, convinced the world just has it out for single people. It is no surprise that this Valentine's day, Abby would go to her favorite comfort place : Heart Sweets Café. It is equally not a surprise that the café is brimming with couples taking advantage of the Valentine's day promotions aimed at them, clearly laughing at Abby's face. As she is about to leave, she hears the voice of a guy about her age calling her "babe"?! Will this finally be her chance to experience the parts of life she's been wanting to experience for so long?

Summary
This is a collection of some one shots I made from 2021 to early 2023. These are really personal to me and my personal growth (except the last one) so before each story, there's an author's note to explain the context behind the writing. I haven't modified anything in the writing except some punctuation as I wanted to post the original works, not edit them in any way.
The stories are organised from the most recent to the oldest.
