Summary
A jutsu accidently leaves ANBU Captain Itachi and medic-nin Sakura swapped into each other's bodies for three weeks. Sakura gleefully makes the stoic Uchiha prodigy look unhinged—smiling, hugging Sasuke, proposing ANBU wellness programs. Itachi politely ruins her life by optimizing everything and accidentally revealing her crush on him at girls' night.
By the time they switch back, the village thinks they've both lost their minds, and they've gained an inconvenient attraction to each other. Turns out organized chaos and emotional availability make for excellent relationship compatibility—especially when one wants to be a stay-at-home husband and the other is happy to be the breadwinner. Now Sakura just needs to establish firm boundaries about Itachi's tendency to weaponize therapy against anyone who insults their hypothetical future family.
