“Ace, I say this with all the love I can muster,” Marco starts, after a pause, “but there’s something seriously wrong with your head.” That’s okay; Marco’s used to having insane brothers. Haruta’s been with them for years, and nothing can quite top that.
Thankfully, Ace doesn’t seem offended. “Wait ‘till you meet my brothers,” he says casually.
Marco’s brain screeches and comes to a halt. “There’s more of you?!”
(Or, Ace is the responsible sibling. This is as bad as it sounds.)

Summary
Luffy gasps delightedly, head wiping around to stare up at Whitebeard with wide, excited eyes. “Ace tried to kill you too?!” he shouts. Behind him, the party doesn’t necessarily stop so much as pause, focusing in on the growing spectacle before them. Oblivious, Luffy continues on. “How long?”
Whitebeard looks down at the young pirate captain that’s practically vibrating in place. Then he looks to the blond revolutionary that is also staring up at him, gaze considering and keen. Then to his second division commander who now has his face in his hands, ears red where they poke out of his hair. Finally, he glances at the rest of his children, out of loop and confused, yet intrigued, nonetheless.

Or, Ace dies (of embarrassment), Sabo is the dramatic middle child, Luffy is having a blast, and everyone else is just along for the ride.

Summary
There’s voices around him, speaking in raucous, loud tones, unforgiving. It’s harsh on his ears after so long of the quiet low timbre of Jinbei’s voice and the dark wickedness of his jailor’s voice, and the scolding pity of his grandfather’s. It makes something in his chest release, the familiarity of celebrating pirates a soothing balm.
Then he realizes that one of the voices sounds sort of like Pops, but that can’t be true.
He blinks open his eyes.

Summary
While visiting Dawn for his own reasons, Marco stumbles across the scene of Outlook using pirates to force Sabo to come back with him. Marco hears enough to understand that brothers are being separated and takes offense. Only Whitebeard has some very clear rules on who you claim as family and Marco is never going to live this down.

Summary
Sabo isn’t as bothered by the amnesia as you might think. After all, when the only thing you can remember is hating your parents so much you nearly died running away it's only natural you'd also assume there's nothing worth remembering.
And then a routine mission sends him stumbling across a grudge match between a pair of pirates. The victor’s vicious commentary sparks a deep buried instinct that spurs him to interfere. Sabo might not have his memories but some things are ingrained deeper than that and Sabo’s pipe is rated E for Everyone
