Summary
The roots of daffodil seems to be coming undone. The water attempting to bring it further into it's oppressive abyss. But the ground tries to keep it's hold. Neither wishes to part with the other, but the flower thinks it's for the best. The ground disagrees.
Make sure to read "The Daffodil" before this, as it references the story and is basically an introspective to Taph's feelings and thoughts. It's not required though.

Another day, and Taph still hasn't clocked in. Nobody's seen them leave their house for this whole time. It's not like the hatred towards demolitionists was increasing. Builderman was surprisingly not that busy today, and he decided to head over to Taph’s house, just to see.
