    Shadowheart hates her. Yet, she can't take her eyes off of her when she is covered in the viscera of their enemies. The group has a long journey ahead of them to rid themselves of the parasites and she wants to complete her mission. How long can she last as she's torn between hate and the inevitable fall?

    This is a retelling of BG3 from Shadowheart's Origin and is a SLOW burn with plenty of hate sex. I will try to get out about a chapter a week depending on my schedule as I'm a med student. My one wish is that we had a more reliable Githyanki dictionary. I'm still playing through SH's origin story and I like it more than Tav's. Shae'zel have been occupying my thoughts night and day, so I needed to write it out. I'll come up with a better summary eventually!

    Going from college dropout to rockstar-plus-voice-of-the-Gods all in the span of two months was maybe a little ambitious. Even Muses need some R&R, and it doesn’t help that Grace sleeps better on the loud, smelly tour bus than in her own apartment with four walls of Freddie memories crowding in. When she catches sight of herself in the occasional newsclip or press photo on her Twitter feed, the bruises under her eyes look like twin holes to Tartarus.

    It has to be pity when Persephone calls.

    Or: The one where Grace made a lot of bad choices in Hades. She left Freddie down there. Encouraged Persephone to destroy her throne. Said some words to Persephone she could never take back.

    They went their separate ways. All she can do is try to move forward. Right?
