They'd agreed. Talked about this before. How Kamukura would say these things to him, on the condition that Kamukura would be allowed to look after Servant afterwards. It had taken– more convincing for Servant, surprisingly. He'd tried to tell Kamukura that he didn't deserve such kindness after being so depraved, and yet Kamukura had insisted.
And thus, this was their arrangement. Kamukura would do… And say… Things to Servant that Servant liked, and Kamukura would have the satisfaction of knowing that Servant was well looked after afterwards.
(And maybe, just maybe, Servant’s once dream– before he became this, was fulfilled slightly. Someone would love him, at least once in his life. Someone like Kamukura. He was no monster. He was light, and hope, in the most expressionless form.)

Summary
The new motive Monokuma has presented is nothing but a drag. However, when Nagito sees Hajime loitering by the hospital, he finds a truly hopeless discovery - He's got the despair disease! Now one less symbol of hope down, he needs to figure out a way to make use of this conundrum before all the Ultimates are too sick for the killing game.
The only issue is- Hajime can't stop distracting him.
Or: A role reversal where Hajime is the one sick instead of Nagito, and it leads to some more heartfelt connections because Nagito actually uses his brain.
