Oscar suddenly remembers Lando’s drunk. Wasted. Whatever you want to call it.
Because why would Lando, sober Lando, ever want to kiss Oscar? Lando wants Oscar to kiss him because he’s drunk, because he thinks it would be cute, because he’s just gone to the biggest party he’s ever gone to and is high off life.

“You want to do it, sometime?” Oscar says, voice so casual he might as well be asking Lando what he wants for dinner. Lando splutters, sitting up abruptly.
“Why would you ask me that?” he says quickly. “That’s…” he lets out a nervous laugh, “that’s a bit fuckin’ weird, mate, don’t you think?”Oscar sits up too, and shrugs. “It’s not weird if it’s something you wanna do.” He says it so earnestly. Like it’s true. Like it’s actually not weird for Lando to want it.
Like he knows Lando wants it.
Lando just wants to be pretty. Oscar does his best to help.

Summary
Lando is more Flemish than he lets on, and listened to a girls-group called K3 in his youth. Now he has rediscovered the music, looking for nice beats for his pre-race ritual.
Those beats reach Oscar’s ears as well, and being the language freak that he is, he’s instantly curious to the meaning of the lyrics. Turns out the songs Lando has been serenading him with, are Love songs.Five times Lando listens to K3 and sings along, one time Oscar does. (To let Lando know his messages have been received.)
