Three years ago this week, ITV aired Episode 8 and the rest is history! There is no other believable ending but #SidlotteForever, anything else is just not honouring Jane Austen.
So, we continue to write for Our Couple and for all their devoted fans. This Challenge started as an idea to use dialogue by either Sidney or Charlotte and reinvent it, in any setting, in any format. I have chosen to try and connect these Scenes together, in a Modern Scenario, where things may happen differently, but you can be sure it WILL end happily for them. And Here’s a Heads Up – there will be NO PAST LOVES or FIRES to interfere needlessly with that.

Summary
Sidney is the heir to the throne. Charlotte is the daughter of King Denham's trusted friend and head chef, Henry Heywood. Sidney and Charlotte play together as children and go on many adventures through the place they call home. One fateful night turns their world upside down as children. As they grow into adulthood, they are closer than ever, and feelings start to change. Yet, different social positions stand in their way.
Sidney is a Denham in this story. King Parker didn't seem to have the right ring to it. Edward is his cousin and not a very nice child.
