Stunned and amazed, then gaping and lost, absorbed by the melody of the musical instruments that echoed in the calm and cold of dawn.

“Potter?” A voice interrupted him from his thoughts and of course, as the universe had nothing better to do than play tricks on him, Regulus Black stood in front of him with a look of shock on his elegant features. “What are you doing here?”
James rolled his eyes, feeling anger bubbling up in his chest, which wasn’t uncommon around Regulus. He quelled his temper, at least for now, and raised the tray at Regulus. He could only hope his face hadn’t betrayed him and that he looked as bored as he was trying to appear.
“Charity work, Regulus. Something you’re very unfamiliar with, I’m sure.”
“Hm.” Regulus hummed, grabbing a flute off of the tray and sipping lightly. “I would say spending any amount of time with you in a Potions classroom outside of class hours would be considered charity work. Wouldn’t you?” He said quietly, keeping a cool, collected look on his face and walked slowly away from James, leaving the other boy staring after him with a clenched jaw.*PLEASE READ THE TAGS!!!*
