After the famed supervillanins Blood God and Theseus run out of money their only option is to get regular civilan jobs. But, due to a misshap at a temp agency Tommy finds himself accidentally working for the hero tower, This whould be fine if not for the fact that Philza and Songbird would kill him if they ever found out who he was.

Theseus decides to stop being boring and become a villain named Dolios who messes with everyone barely committing crimes. Did I mention that Theseus is Tommy, and Tommy is a God? Tommy is the God of Reality, so on earth Tommy decides to have 'glitch' powers, being able to 'teleport' or 'shapeshift' seemingly.
