Summary
Most think that with the dissolution of Westeros’s monarchy, meant the end of the Targaryens power and influence over the Seven Kingdoms. But the Targaryens have traded a throne of swords for the seat at the boardroom, dragons for private jets, and Kings and Queens for CEOs. But not everything’s changed- in fact, with this dynasty, some things never change. Even when the world changes, a Targaryen is still a Targaryen, and they are drawn to their own- for a dragon alone in the world is still a terrible thing.
The times have changed, but the Targaryens haven’t, for the scandal, infighting, lust and ambition still lie behind the polished images of silver hair.
Even if those images are on our screens, and not on royal portraits.
