It was supposed to be a perfectly professional meeting.
“You seem to be in quite the pickle,” Yelena said, sitting up in the bath nearly too much for Peter’s liking. “But being hesitant about bathing with such close friends is a small-potatoes issue, no? Why not relax and enjoy yourself, Spider-Man?”
Peter blanched. "Well, I, uh-"
“You should really listen to her,” Jean chimed in from inside her changing compartment, the enticing sound of fabric hitting the tile floor reverberating in Peter's mind. “It’s supposed to be good for the skin, right?”
A wicked grin rose onto Yelena’s face. “Oh, I like her.”
Following a sudden invitation from Yelena, Peter takes yet another trip to the bathhouse.
Naturally, Jean tags along to keep an eye on him.

Post-Brand New Day. Peter is discharged from the hospital after throwing himself in front of the bullet meant for Jean Grey. Doctor's orders: take things easy and rest. But things are rarely that simple. While resting in his apartment, reports flood in of a massive attack in Times Square triggered by the arrival of a group of superpowered individuals in flashy costumes. Spider-Man gets no rest.
