Summary
Frank is everything Elise doesn't like in a neighbor. He's rude, loud and worst of all in her space. Renting in the dingy section of the building didn't seem so bad, given the only other apartment on her tiny floor was empty. That was until "Frank the crank" moved in, waking her up at all hours with his mysterious coming and going.
Unfortunately, for all of Elise's dislike of her new neighbor's noise, Frank is everything she is attracted to in a man. Dirty, violent and mocking, he's like a big angry dog. And she can't help but stare at him through her peephole.
When she discovers he's a 'vigilante psycho' after a one night stand Elise is drawn into the underworld quicker than she can blink. There's a cavern of consequences between a fantasy and the real thing.
