It was supposed to be a one shot, but... it's a multi-chapter story now.
Hermione catches Ron, her boyfriend, in a compromising position with Lavender in their bed. And then things blow up due to multiple Howlers and a lie. But Hermione has snakes on her side and will publicly re-write the slander against her name.

Summary
Hermione finds herself planted against the wall with Malfoy kissing a trail of fire down her skin.
“We could have that,” he croaks.
Hermione shakes her head vehemently. “They love each other. We despise each other.”
He pulls back and Hermione flinches at the expression he’s wearing. He looks like someone who has seen something terrible — eyes unfocused and face taking on a sort of stricken expression.
“We don’t need to love each other,” he says in a strangled whisper that holds the weight of words unspoken. And then in a sort of desperate plea, “We don’t even need to like each other.”

Summary
Strange things, dreams. How much credence should we give to where our subconscious takes us?
There were many things Draco did not need in his Sixth Year. He did not need Theodore Nott implanting strange dreams in his head, for one.
In the ensuing years, he did not need to constantly remember that blissful, impossible dream. He further did not need Potter bursting into his mostly turned-around life to embroil him in a conspiracy at Azkaban. And he definitely did not need to embark on a clandestine investigation into prisoner mistreatment with Hermione Granger.

Curse-breakers Draco and Hermione accidently set off their time-turner assignment and get hurdled into the not so distant future. Imagine their surprise to find that they're married with children. It's only twenty four hours...surely nothing too crazy will happen. Right?
