Summary
After three years of separation, it is extremely difficult for Genya to completely forgive his brother for leaving him behind, abandoning him, for so long. Sometimes, it even feels like it's been longer with the strange dreams that Genya keeps having at night that he can scarcely remember but leave him with phantom pains in his shoulder and eye. Therefore, he's resolved to not make it easy for Sanemi Shinazugawa to win back his trust - the man could never lose his love even if he tried as hard as possible.
In an effort to continue living his life as he has for the last three years, Genya continues to enter dungeons - some even being mislabeled - but coincidentally keeps running into the hashira in his regular day-to-day life. At dungeon gates. In dungeons. When the dungeons break. Even just simply going out for a walk.

AKA: As the title suggests, eight incidents that may or may not be coincidences wherein Genya is slightly kidnapped by a Hashira, much to his brother's chagrin.

Summary
...this is a true belief by Genya Shinazugawa.
After returning from a mission that he'd had with Tanjirou, Zenitsu, Inosuke, Nezuko, and Kanao - something is slightly off with them. It could be that spending all that time together makes things brighter with Genya having friends. Or it could be that weird tasting drink that the villagers had given them as a thank-you for helping them deal with their problems - a kind, old lady handing it over with a wink.
Either way, Genya is really craving a watermelon.

AKA: The squad accidentally gets drunk after a villager gave them an alcoholic drink. Shenanigans ensue.

Summary
He’d been sick before—it’d been a while, maybe once or twice since the Celestial Realm, but he’d dealt with the fever and runny nose and multitude of annoying symptoms. Although, the small, infrequent colds were incomparable to the pain in his chest, in his lungs, in his throat as he gagged into the toilet—dry-heaving short breaths that made him feel like there was a noose tightening around his neck. When, Mammon opened his eyes, it took a few unsteady heartbeats for him to register the colorful, bloody flower petals floating beneath him.

After an explosive argument with Lucifer, the avatar of Pride, the second-born wakes the next morning with what he assumes to be a simple chest-cold. A chest cold that lasts as days turn to weeks to months - worrying everyone around him, though he can't see it. A chest cold wouldn't last this long. Wouldn't wrap a garden of his brothers' favorite flowers around his lungs. Wouldn't be bringing him to a foot inside of his own grave. Wouldn't reaffirm the reality that Mammon is unlovable.
AKA: Mammon gets Hanahaki.

Summary
Being the Avatar of Greed isn't easy, especially when it is so tempting to give into it. Mammon can't help himself at times - most of the time, he doesn't even realize what is causing his greed to flare-up and practically take control of him. However, one day, he does find a way that derails his trail of greedy thoughts - even though, something inside his mind knows that what he's doing isn't right. He quells that voice with the reminder that Lucifer uses painful punishments to keep him from acting out too severely, so why is it so wrong for him to take control of his own pain so that he can deter himself from acting out?
It's not until Simeon finds out what he did, that Mammon gets another inkling - a stronger one than before - that this is so wrong and not at all how he should be controlling his sin.

AKA: Mammon engages in very self-destructive behavior to control his greed and the way he manages to find a more positive way of controlling himself and coming clean to his brothers on the fact that he is struggling.

Summary
After years of living with his less-than-stellar Great Uncle following the death of his mother and younger siblings in a car accident, Genya is finally able to stand on his own two feet as an eighteen-year-old in University. Although, Kimetsu University contains a familiar face that he's unsure if he's ready to face - the estranged brother that he hadn't spoken to since their separation and Genya spit out the damning words that he never wanted to see Sanemi again - forever. It was a total lie and something said in the heat of the moment, but Sanemi hadn't allowed him contact once since then.
He's also free from the stigma that he'd gained in secondary school, though a part of him is terrified at the prospect of that not lasting as long as he begs for it to and the past following him into the present.

AKA: Genya's fresh start of university as he navigates recovering from a serious health-scare that nearly ripped his life from him along with making friends and facing possible reconciliation from a brother that ignored him in the lowest points of his life. Nothing too big to write home about.

His breath catches painfully somewhere in his throat.
