Summary
When a battle-worn hisuian Samurott is thrown into a world without Pokémon, she finds herself lost, stranded, and alone. Seeking shelter and answers, she crosses paths with Dale, a reclusive fisherman nursing a barely floating boat and a desire to avoid conflict.
What begins in chaos slowly becomes an uneasy partnership. As Samurott struggles to recover and find a way home, she and Dale are forced to navigate fragile trust, personal boundaries and burdens, and a bond neither expected to have. Shaped by survival instinct and stubborn will, their connection grows into something much deeper.
But the world will not simply let them drift in peace. Something stirs beyond the veil, watching, waiting, and dangerous.

Summary
Hisui is a rough place to be right now. Weird rifts in the sky, people changing into Pokemon, and of course much of the land being swallowed up in distortions.
When a strange Dewott fell from the rift, it was assumed that "weird Pokémon falling from the sky" would need to be added to the list.
But then again, no-one else has been seen falling from the sky, and she's been doing a pretty good job of getting people out of these "Mystery Dungeons". So who knows?
[Like the idea of all the humans turning into Pokémon, but don't want to watch them lose their minds? Well, this is almost the story for you. I mean, that sorta sentiment is why I wrote this thing.]

Hisuian Zoroark are spirits that lingered after death due to overwhelming resentment. Being torn from home, left somewhere strange and new, and unceremoniously killed certainly results in a lot of resentment.
How can you live with all of that pain? How can you keep it from ruling you, when all of your old anchors are gone?
