Summary
Now a law school student and an official of a certain Public Safety department, Yu returns to Inaba with the assignment to get Adachi's case out of the legal stalemate. Adachi, who never got a trial or a sentence due to the complicated circumstances of his case, has been stuck in jail for the past 5 years, which took a toll on him physically and mentally.
