George had moved to America around 5 weeks ago. Not only did he bring a shit load of luggage, he also brought a cold with him. George had been forced to stay in bed, completely immobile because his body really decided to add vertigo to the mix of everything else his body was going through.
When George had finally felt better and beaten the cold, it was Dreams turn to suffer, though it was nowhere near as bad as his boyfriend's. You wouldn't of even known he had it with the way he acted so normal. His mild cold (if you could even call it that) lasted about a week and a half.

It’s not quite as much as he was getting from having his knot against the bed, but it’s still sensitive and he bites his lip to hold back the sounds bubbling in his throat. “Okay,” Sapnap says. The room is pretty bare. A small, neat kitchen, a table with two chairs, half a dividing wall splitting the dining area and the living area, which has a tv and a single couch, piled with blankets.
“If you want you can just set up out here and I can stay in my room.”
“I don’t mind hanging out with you,” Sapnap shrugs. “Dunno about sharing a bed, I guess we can see how it goes. Are you in rut yet, or…?”
“On the cusp, I think,” George says. “Couple of hours away. Enough time for you to settle in.”

It’s the first time it dawns on him, too–that Dream probably isn’t aware, either, and would be more paranoid than Sapnap to know some random girl was coming into their house nightly. And there’s something about George being so unwilling to introduce them that rubs him the wrong way. Something weird is going on, beyond just the insanity of George being able to get some.
Or, Sapnap is an oblivious idiot.
